This sweet little mermaid tilda has to be one of my favourites. The anchor is also part of the magnolia stamp as us the background seaweed (actually from the wedding collection). The card is cut into a scallop shape. Tilda is coloured with distress inks. For bubbles I have used pearls and the sentiment is stamped from some clear cling stamps from grant archival.
